These are the boxes containing the kits. The Gold Valve kit contains a video tape that covers general installation. |
This is the contents of the spring kit. You receive comprehensive instructions, two springs some shims and spacer stock. You cut the spacer stock to the proper length to accommodate your weight and riding style. |

This is the contents of the Gold Valve kit. The video demonstrates the rebuild of a set of upside down mx forks. The detail of the procedure does not apply to the VTR forks but the techniques do. |
